Tophy's Community Guidelines

Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful platform for making meaningful connections. We take our Community Guidelines and the impact they have on our community seriously. We’ll do everything we can to make sure people follow them.

1. Adults only: You must be at least 18 years old to use Tophy. We block underage users (even if a subscription has been purchased). Also, any form of content involving minors is strictly prohibited, as is the admission, support, or glorification of sex with anyone who is under 18 years old.

2. Honesty and Respect: Users should be honest and respectful in their interactions. False information, misleading profiles, or disrespectful behavior are not tolerated.

3. Safety and Privacy: Prioritize your safety and privacy, especially when sharing personal information or meeting someone in person. Don't share personal information without consent or attempt to capture screenshots.

4. Authenticity: Be yourself. Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.

5. Commercial Activities: Tophy is not a platform for commercial activities. Do not use it to advertise or sell any third-party products or services.

1. No Illegal Activities: Tophy permits NO promotion or involvement in illegal activities, including but not limited to drug dealing and prostitution, otherwise your account will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.

2. No Promotion or Solicitation: Please follow the law (and common sense) and refrain from advertising, selling, or buying illegal goods or services – this includes sex or escort services (real or virtual), drugs, weapons, medical paraphernalia, and others, or otherwise your account will be terminated. In addition, your account will be suspended if you use Tophy to drive people to external websites or apps via links.

3. No Hate Speech and Discrimination: No tolerance for hate speech, racism, or discriminatory behavior towards any individual or group.

4. No Exploitation and Abuse: No content that exploits minors, promotes violence, or any form of abuse.

5. No Harassment and Bullying: Users should not engage in harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.

6. No Scams: At Tophy we have zero tolerance for scammers and scam activity. To help prevent this, we also take action against bad actors trying to steer users to social media or messaging apps and continue the conversation there - this may put your personal information at risk.

7. No Violation of Platform Guidelines: We comply with Apple and Google guidelines, so no obscene content or prohibited items are allowed in your content. This also means that links to social networks and contact information, explicit descriptions of sex, insults, profanity, and propaganda are not allowed in your content.

As a member of the Tophy community, we encourage you to speak up and speak out. If someone is causing you harm, making you feel uncomfortable, or is violating our Community Guidelines–report it. Your report is always confidential. By reporting, you can help us stop harmful behavior and protect others.

We reserve the right to investigate and/or terminate accounts without a refund of any purchases if we find you have misused the Service or behaved in a way Tophy deems inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
